Shipping Policy
Discreet packaging — always
Every Discreet Shield order ships in plain, unmarked packaging. There are no brand names, product descriptions, or any identifying labels on the outside of the package. Your privacy matters to us, and we treat it that way from checkout to your door.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of placement. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order leaves our facility.
Delivery time
Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier conditions.
